To the Park we shall go.

It is a gorgeous (sp?) day today and Friday to boot!! Woot Woot, we will have Daddy home for the weekend :) We count the days to have Daddy home for the weekend.

I took the boys this morning to the library and then we met up with Reese and Carsten (and Auntie Dana too) at the park. The boys loved it. It was a bit windy, but still awesome.

Justin is leaning how to pump to swing. He loved  it.

Clayton just wanted to go up the entire time to go down the slide. He finally figured out how to climb up the steps on his own. Not sure how many times he went down it, but it was a ton.

They are excited to go again soon.

Belly Shot - Cousin Becky's Baby shower

My Cousin Becky had her baby shower on Sunday afternoon. She is due May 25th (girl) and I am due July 28th (with the twin boys). So, her are the belly shots....

We were both Pregnant last time together too.

the past week or so...

we had the boys over for a sleepover last week. They were "going to bed" which included hanging out and whispering in Justin's bed.....they didn't all sleep together, but was fun to play up there in the tent.

Justin and Clayton needed a tubby, so I had them getting in and before you knew it the other two were streaking and jumping in. We had to streamline them to clean and get out, but it worked out fine :)

20 Week Ultrasound.

We had our 20 week ultrasound on Friday. All fingers and toes seem to be attached. No word on Identical or Fraternal. I was more interested in the gender and we are having

BOYS

Although I didn't really "see" what the tech was showing us on Baby B (his genitals). so, I personally can't confirm.....but the tech was very confident and from what I have read boys are easier to see than girls.

Here are a few photo's of Baby A and Baby B. One of them is directly on my bladder, making life a little harder this last week. I think I will need to get used to it. So, Todd has to help more as I need to rest more, etc.

We have a scheduled "C" on July 21st, although maybe they will decide to come earlier. Justin and Clayton both came early..Clayton was even a day before his schedule "c" .

Clayton has moved into sharing a room with Justin as of Friday night. He is in a pack-n-play. We had hoped he would like to sleep in the bottom bunk - but that didn't go well last night. So, for now he is happy in the PNP.

Updates...

JUSTIN:
I signed up Justin for Pre-School next fall. This is something we think he really needs-despite the cost. He needs interaction with other kids and also learning to take direction from others. It is 2 days per week for 2 hours each. Right now, they live 3 blocks away, but are hoping to move so that the teacher can stay home, as she has 2 children of her own. We had a little “preview” of school and Justin did pretty well. We were the only ones there today, and she hopes to have 8 students total. This is a good number for Justin to get acquainted with before Kindergarten next year.

Justin is growing up so quick. He is able to transition to a booster seat in the car and it is so much easier. He still gives me a run for the money and is stubborn as all get out.


CLAYTON:
19 months on Wednesday. Where has the time gone? He is running around like a big boy. Clatyon will climb up on just about anything. He has mastered turning over the toy bin and putting under window to then climb up to look out the window. He is still teething, so cries for no reason often, hoping this is a stage. He is also learning how to fight back. Justin took something of his yesterday and he walloped him! He just had his 18 month checkout a few weeks ago and is growing well. We are no longer on “weight watch” for him. He is still low statistically, but is now gaining weight.

TWINS:
I am in my 18th week of Pregnancy. We have our Ultrasound on the 11th of March. We are looking forward to finding out what we are having, and will be happy with whatever we are given. I feel like we are waiting to find out what we are having to move on to the planning / buying stuff stage. We are excited.

Sunday was a gorgeous day outside. We were out at the "farm" so the kids got to play outside. As soon as Uncle Derek walked outside, Justin was putting his shoes on and out the door.

Jon and Bons Yogurt!!!!

Jon and Bons is the best yogurt there is. We haven't found the same thing anywhere. We have a yogurt shop here that is close, but just doesn't cut it. Had to go there 2 times. Would have gone Sunday night, but we were so tired from so much visiting all weekend long.

It took us 11.5 hours to go what normally takes 8 hours (including the stops). We hit traffic due to snow. Had to chain up, but then took them off shortly after since it wasn't really chain worthy.

Baby Update...

We went to the doctor today for the twins. We heard both heartbeats, good beats! Chatted a bit with the doctor and all seems to be going well. I have had a few bouts of being sick and I am always tired, but other than that, babies are good. I go back in 4 weeks for another checkup and then another 4 weeks after that for my Ultrasound (we will find out the sex of the babies). We don't have a hope for one or another, just so they are healthy.

My doctor is hopeful to get me to my C-section date and have no problems. I am very thankful she is so optimistic as I worry a lot. But, she has the theory why worry when there isn't a problem. She says I will be ready for my "C" as I will be HUGE! :)

Our new ride.

We decided it was time to "grow up" and get a minivan! We never thought this would be us. As of today we are owners of a 2004 Nissan Quest. It has bucket seats, third row seats, and a lot of room in the back for groceries and strollers, etc. I hope it works well for us.

Yes, we are and have been in shock! I am 10.5 weeks along now. Due date is July 28th.

We don't know if they are identical or fraternal yet, and we don't know their gender (s) either.

We will be busy!

Christmas Morning....

We started our morning with Papa coming over for breakfast at 7am. We had our big breakfast in anticipation of gifts.....This train table was out when the boys woke up. Todd made the table top for a table we have had...now it is a train table.

Justin got up to go to the bathroom and Clayton helped himself to sit on down. I don't think the computer was even on...as Justin is only allowed computer time when Clayton is napping....but they often think it is funny to sit there. Obviously Clayton thinks he is hillarios. Also this week, thinks it is funny to stand on top of the laundry basket (turned upside down) and then dance on top of it.
