I went to the dollar store and got a ball and bat (silly me only got one, so another trip will be in our future)....Here is Clayton keeping the ball hostage.

30 week preggy picture..

Belly shot 30 weeks, 3 days. I officially have 9 weeks 4 days till due date. I think that makes it 8 weeks 3 days till scheduled "C".

Outdoor Fun...

If anybody knows me well, they know I don't "Love" the outdoors or playing/sitting out there. But, I couldn't resist letting the boys out today. I can't chase them on their bikes, so Daddy can do that, but I can veg out in my chair while they shovel dirt back and forth. We sat at the picnic table and had our lunch too. I think it is about 64 out today...perfect for a picnic lunch outdoors.

I found this on Craigslist yesterday for half the price, I almost got it, but a lady lived much closer and I couldn't beat her to it.....

Helping with the dishes.

I admit I am the worst at blogging lately. Seriously I will try harder! The other morning Clayton helped Daddy unload the dishwasher....he is such a helper now days.

More recent Clayton update is that he is very very interested in the potty. We spend time daily going potty...so far a poo came out (I think by accident)....but he loves it. I am not ready for training, nor is my body as one needs to bend over to help and that isn't fun with a huge baby belly:)  But, we are managing.

Ultrasound - May 3rd

Today was our 28 week Ultrasound. Officially I am 27 weeks, and 6 days (28 weeks on Thursday). Babies are both doing well and measuring at 29 weeks. So glad they are equal and getting big. Heart beats are 151 and 132 or 131. Currently they are breach, so both heads up and bottoms on the bottom. I think their little feet are what are always kicking my bladder! I will still have a C-section, so breach doesn't really concern me.

I almost threw up on the tech today. I started to get nausiated, but didn't know what was going on. I was laying on my back and he realized I didn't look so well. Had me move to my left side to release the pressure on the veins in my back. Took me a while to feel good again and get the blood pumping where it should I guess. That had never happened to me before.

Good news from here. I have an OB appt on Friday...hoping that goes well. I am sure now that I am further along I will be under more watch. Guess we shall see. Another ultrasound in 4 weeks.

Updates from our little family...

I am currently 27 weeks and 4 days. Tomorrow we have a 28 week Ultrasound and on Friday is my next OB appt. I have been having random contractions (although I did call the doctor and he says it is fine as long as not consistent). Dr. said no more cleaning, bending, lifting, etc. So, life is a bit more challenging. I can’t really do much around here except feed the kids and play with them. Not really doing laundry anymore either, as one has to bend down to get stuff out of the dryer and lift the basket up. Todd has put me on house arrest except for Dr. appt’s. and when he is home I am to be “resting”….

I really feel for Todd. He is a great hubby who takes care of us all. After his full day of work, he comes home to do dishes, bath the kids, clean the kitchen, do laundry, vacuum (all the stuff I usually do daily). It really is a full time job with 2 kids at home. Sympathy for Todd is needed.

Clayton is growing up to be a big boy. He is 21 months old today. He is a charmer. He is getting to the point where he can challenge Justin..and yes, they do argue now. He is so different from Justin. He eats constantly. If you are in the kitchen for any reason, he thinks it is time to eat! He probably eats/snacks 6-8 times per day. He goes to bed and doesn’t scream for hours. Put him in the pack and play and if he isn’t tired, he just lays there till he is tired and falls asleep.
Justin is 4. What to say? He challenges us at every moment. Sometimes he can be the best kid on the block and sometimes a little pill-we love him though. He got a bike from my Dad with Training wheels and loves it. The boys enjoyed the sun yesterday, and it is raining again here today.  I think there is sun in our future soon though?

More updates to come. Hoping they give us pictures of babies tomorrow. I will try to post. Appointment not until later afternoon. I am also hoping they are good sizes as I don't fit in my clothes anymore. at 27 weeks I am larger in the belly than I was with either Justin or Clayton. My hope is big BOYS in there.....
