Annual Christmas Tree Getting Day....

4 month photo shoot....

Stats:

Devin weighs in at 17 pounds 11 oz.

Preston weighs in at 13 pounds 5 ounces

Both still have a slight heart murmur. Preston's Peyton Framen Ovale will hopefully eventually close up. At this point (from our last ultrasound on his heart, it was still open, hoping it closes up over time).

We are happy boys are growing well. They are now only about 1 month behind full term babies. So, at 4 months of age, they are acting / developing like 3 month olds. Dr. says that they will for sure catch up by 12 months.

These shirts were a gift from my friend Natalie...they are so cute. I finally got them in it for a photo shoot and Devin is about to burst out of it. But, I love the shirts.

It's been a while

Devin - Here we are almost 3 months old. I haven't been taking pictures like a crazy lady, we keep so busy here all day. I did get out the camera this past week to capture some moments.

We are doing "PreSchool" here at home. Justin loves it so much...he asked to do it on Saturday.

Dad came over for dinner....

We had to say "goodbye" to Oma. I seriously don't know what we would have done without her. She came and helped Dana when I was in the NICU with the babies and then stayed here for the remainder of the time and lived with us. (we did let her go to Jim and Dana's on weekends)....Oma is forever a part of our little family... She helped me out so much and we feel like we do have a routine now, so makes our days easier. If we hadn't had help, I might have gone bonkers, or the house would be a disaster. She gave each child a ton of love and attention. Justin was by Oma's side just about every moment she was with us. Countless hours of storytime (even read to in the tubby)....I would find Clayton snuggled up with Oma in bed in the morning after he would wake her up. I even think Devin and Preston know her voice. Oma would send me to bed to rest for hours and take care of all 4 kids...

This picture was our last night visit with Oma. She was holding Devin at one point and he smiled...Preston isn't much into smiles yet, but we can get Devin to do it. Oma - we miss you!!!
